By creating an account and using the services of Coinaxly,
you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Services Provided
Coinaxly provides a platform for cloud mining intermediation.
We facilitate the purchase of mining power (hashrate)
through third-party providers.
We do not own the physical mining hardware.
3. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency mining involves significant risks.
You acknowledge that:
* Mining rewards are not guaranteed
and fluctuate based on network difficulty.
* The market value of Bitcoin (and other assets)
is highly volatile.
* Operational factors (maintenance, electricity costs)
may affect performance.
4. Payments and Withdrawals
* All purchases are final and non-refundable.
* Withdrawals are subject to minimum limits
and network fees.
* Coinaxly is not responsible for delays caused
by blockchain congestion or third-party provider issues.
* Minimum Withdrawal:
Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of

* Transaction Fees:
Network (gas) fees and service fees apply to all withdrawals

service interruptions,
or data loss resulting from market fluctuations,
technical failures, or external hacks.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or
terminate accounts that violate
our terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
8. Maintenance and Downtime
* Scheduled Maintenance:
To ensure peak performance, mining hardware
requires periodic maintenance.
During these windows, hashrate may temporarily
decrease or pause.
* Unscheduled Downtime:
Coinaxly is not liable for mining interruptions caused
by power outages, cooling failures, or hardware
malfunctions at the third-party data centers.
* Service Fees:
Maintenance fees (if applicable) are automatically deducted
from the daily mining rewards as specified in your chosen
plan.
